These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the Iptv 4k website at iptv4k.cam and the related IPTV subscription service. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're telling us you've read these Terms and agree to follow them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account, starting a free trial, or buying a plan means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If any clause doesn't sit right with you, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Iptv 4k delivers a curated set of live TV channels plus video-on-demand titles streamed over the internet (the "IPTV service"). The service is sold on a subscription basis. The plans we currently offer include:

• Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly billing options.
• 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection tiers.
• A free 24-hour trial, limited to one per account.

Channel lineups, content, and features can vary by region and may change without prior notice.

3. Account Creation

• You'll need a working email address to open an account.
• Keeping your login credentials safe is your responsibility.
• Don't share credentials with third parties. Each subscription is for personal household use only.
• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in ways that don't harm others' rights. You may:

• Stream content on your own devices for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Use the service within your household, up to the number of simultaneous streams your plan allows.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your credentials or any access to the service.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to interact with the service.
• Try to get around geo-restrictions or any security controls.
• Record, capture, or store content from the service for redistribution.
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Disrupt, overload, or otherwise harm our servers or network.

Breaking any of these rules can lead to immediate suspension of your account, with no refund.

6. Payment & Billing

• Prices show in USD. Local taxes may be added at checkout.
• Payments run through trusted third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We don't store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of your start date unless you cancel.
• We'll email you a reminder before renewal. It's on you to cancel before the renewal date if you don't want to continue.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel any time by reaching support on WhatsApp or via our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until that period ends.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: a 24-hour money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewal payments aren't refundable.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime, but we can't promise the service will never go down. We're not liable for outages caused by:

• Your own internet connection.
• Planned or emergency maintenance windows.
• Events outside our control (force majeure).
• Channel-provider outages or licensing changes upstream.

10. Intellectual Property

All content streamed through the service belongs to, or is licensed by, the relevant content providers. Iptv 4k doesn't own the broadcast content itself. The website design, code, and branding are the property of Iptv 4k.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Iptv 4k isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms won't exceed what you paid for the current subscription period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Iptv 4k, its staff, and its agents harmless from any claims, damages, or costs that arise out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Any dispute is to be settled first through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms whenever needed. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after changes go live means you accept the updated Terms.
